A Glumm Project — Millenia Park
A home you can already picture.
The model residence for a 960-home community in Orlando.
A model unit has one job: to let you picture your life here before it is yours.
You walk in, and it doesn’t feel like a showroom.
The light is already warm. The books look read.
There’s a table you’d host at, a corner you’d disappear into.
Nothing is trying too hard — everything looks chosen.
You stop looking at the apartment and start imagining the life.

Gathering
The room that does the most
Living, dining, and the first cup of coffee share one warm room — a round table with no head to it, a sofa deep enough to stay in, sculptural forms and a little brass to catch the afternoon. Open-plan made to feel composed, never compact.

Every plan has a corner for slowness

Rest
A bedroom that keeps the noise out
Tactile layers, a channel-tufted headboard, a mirror to catch the morning — the palette drops half a tone and the room goes quiet. Warm neutrals doing the work that color usually takes credit for.

And a window with the park in it
Luxury was never the price of the things. It was the thought behind them.

What this project taught us
- 01A model unit sells a life, not a floor plan.
- 02Collected always beats staged — a room should feel chosen, not arranged.
- 03Warmth is the amenity a prospect remembers after the tour.
